Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or OpenTable is a plus.
• Culinary experience is advantageous, along with knowledge of food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
