Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments.
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Foster positive guest relations by providing excellent customer service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required.
