Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details, wine pairings, and beverage options like cocktails and spirits
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities
• Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
