Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
