Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and attentive beverage and food service. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages, including cocktails and spirits, with professionalism and flair.
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service.
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed.
• Ensure guest relations are positive by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues with a friendly attitude.

Requirements

• Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Good math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
