Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Experience with fine dining service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills
• Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or cashiering enhances your candidacy

Pay: $3.89 per hour
