Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to enhance guest experience through effective upselling.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines throughout service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
