In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales upselling opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating and reservations effectively
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Experience with serving in nightclub environments or high-volume settings is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle math calculations swiftly
