Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting efficient restaurant operations
• Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with food preparation or setup when needed to support overall restaurant operations
• Practice proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable
• Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
