As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our award-winning restaurant — welcoming guests, creating memorable dining experiences, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, adhering to hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques preferred
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments calmly under pressure
• Guest service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanour
• Willingness to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
