Fuego Tortilla is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and introducing daily specials.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Handle payment processing and ensure accurate billing for guests.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant is required.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
