We’re a neighbourhood restaurant on West 4th that believes good food, great drinks, and genuinely warm hospitality should never feel pretentious.

GlassHouse is community rooted, seasonal, from-scratch dining with a relaxed, social atmosphere. We take our food and drinks seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What you’ll do

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service
• Create a memorable experience for every guest
• Learn our food, cocktails, wine, and seasonal features
• Take orders accurately and confidently guide guests through the menu
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional service environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothly
• Help with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties
• Be proactive rather than waiting to be asked
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment

• Has previous serving experience, but we’re open to the right person with less experience
• Is reliable and shows up ready to work
• Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and hospitality
• Can work calmly and professionally during busy service
• Communicates well with both guests and coworkers

• Understands that being part of a restaurant team means helping wherever needed

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
