Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and dining spaces
• Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, or host/hostess within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits, wine selection, and drink presentation
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately
• Culinary experience or food industry background preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
