Full-Time/ Part-Time Server

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Wear proper professional black attire and maintain a clean, polished appearance.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and other team members.
• Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent service during busy hours.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered accurately.
• If mistakes happen, find the best solution quickly, learn from the mistake, and prevent it from happening again instead of spending time making excuses.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
• Support team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Be proactive and understand what needs to be done without always waiting for instructions.
• When there are no immediate tasks, focus on cleaning, organizing, and helping the team.
• Work together with the team to improve efficiency and help everyone finish work on time.

Qualifications

• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
