Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our fast casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices is essential.
• Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation processes.
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
