Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Manage tables efficiently by coordinating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed to ensure seamless service flow

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS system reservations and order management
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrating excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
