Chef Guo Restaurant is an upscale, high-end dining establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and world-class hospitality. We are currently seeking a passionate, professional, and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our elite front-of-house team.

As a Fine Dining Server, you will guide guests through an elevated culinary journey. You must possess deep knowledge of gastronomy, exceptional communication skills, and a refined presence. The ideal candidate blends flawless technical service with genuine, intuitive hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immaculate table service following fine dining protocols.
• Articulate menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques with confidence.
• Guide guests expertly through curated wine pairings and beverage selections.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless pacing.
• Demonstrate strong bartending skills to craft classic cocktails or assist at the bar when needed.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively to deliver a highly personalized dining experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of fine dining server experience is strictly required.
• Wine Expertise: Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and the mechanics of wine pairing.
• Bar Skills: Proven experience with bartending and premium spirits.
• Michelin Star Experience: Prior experience working in a Michelin-starred or heavily acclaimed restaurant is strongly preferred/highly advantageous.
• Attributes: Polished appearance, articulate speech, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
