Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and resetting stations as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash safely
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary sanitation training prior to employment
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
