What they need
Take and enter orders correctly using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the kitchen
Serve beverages promptly and maintain drink refills throughout the dining experience
Run food from the kitchen and sushi bar to tables, ensuring correct items are delivered to the right guests in a timely manner
Provide attentive table service, including greeting guests, checking in regularly, and addressing needs
Maintain clean and organized tables by clearing plates and resetting
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all restaurant policies
