As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately enter orders into the Aloha POS or OpenTable system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, offering assistance as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with food preparation as required, following all safety protocols.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred.
• Experience in fine dining settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and fellow staff members.
