ServerPosition Summary

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient dining service to our members. This position helps create a welcoming dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring members’ needs are met with care and professionalism.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
• Check in with members throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables as needed.
• Communicate member requests, dietary needs, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive dining environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
