We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service, possesses excellent customer relations skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that celebrates fine dining and nightlife atmospheres. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such asToast POS ensuring timely entry and communication with the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change
• Maintain proper sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and reservations management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Serving or host/hostess experience that showcases excellent guest interaction skills
