We are currently only seeking candidates with weekend availability throughout the fall and winter seasons. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change
• Assist with food handling, kitchen prep, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine hospitality approach
• Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
