Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each patron has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a Server in a bar or dining setting is preferred
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
