We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Starting Pay
$3 dollars an hour plus tips (no split)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items by highlighting specials, pairing suggestions, and premium options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an overall positive dining experience
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as well as coffee/matcha sections when needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking across serving, bussing, and cashiering duties
• Ability to move between different sections
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required
