Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and ensuring a clean dining environment at all times
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including wine knowledge and cocktail recipes to answer guest questions confidently
• Support food safety protocols and proper food preparation procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and resolve any concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask seamlessly
• Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Experience in hospitality or nightclub settings is a plus but not required
• Commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
