*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for guest relations and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and dining area. *Duties* - Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. - Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems. - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. - Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. - Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. - Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring that every patron feels valued and attended to throughout their dining experience. *Skills* - Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. - Experience in a restaurant setting preferred, with knowledge of culinary practices being an asset. - Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. - Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike. - Experience with bussing duties is beneficial for maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
