Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, friendly interactions, and efficient food and beverage delivery. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and service
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments with multiple tables or stations
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and customer service excellence
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
• Understanding of food preparation processes and restaurant operations is advantageous
