Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clarity and precision
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs related to food handling or allergy considerations
• Support team members during busy hours by providing excellent guest relations and ensuring smooth service flow

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to handle diverse guest expectations
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
