We are currently hiring for:

SERVERS

Our servers are the face of Alva and play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

We’re looking for:

• Previous serving experience; upscale/fine dining experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge and interest in food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service
• Confidence in making food and beverage recommendations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
