Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including specials and dietary options, to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items are presented beautifully.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers while adhering to food safety standards.

Skills

• Experience in high volume restaurant
• Proficient in customer service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to provide informed recommendations.
• Ability to sanitize work areas effectively for optimal hygiene.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Previous experience in food service is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings.
