We are preparing to open a new upscale Japanese restaurant with an intimate, sophisticated atmosphere, and we're looking for talented hospitality professionals to help us build something exceptional from the ground up.

Our concept blends Japanese cuisine, elevated cocktails, thoughtful service, and a refined late-night atmosphere. We're creating a space where guests can celebrate, connect, have a great meal, enjoy expertly crafted drinks, or simply settle in for an unforgettable evening.

As a new opening, this is an opportunity to join the team from day one and help shape the culture, service standards, and guest experience of the restaurant.

About the Role

We are seeking Front of House professionals who understand that exceptional hospitality is about more than taking orders. It's about reading the room, anticipating needs, knowing the menu, creating genuine connections, and making guests feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

Depending on experience and the needs of the operation, FOH positions may include:

• Servers
• Hosts

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and highly attentive service
• Create memorable experiences for every guest
• Develop a strong knowledge of our Japanese-inspired food and beverage program
• Learn and confidently speak to our cocktail, sake, wine, and spirits offerings
• Maintain an elevated level of professionalism while keeping service personable and genuine
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and FOH team
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment
• Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow restaurant standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented restaurant culture

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we're also interested in individuals with strong hospitality backgrounds and the right attitude who are eager to learn.
