Hours: 5–30 hours per week

We are looking for energetic, personable, and dependable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous full-service restaurant experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly, attentive service while accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and working closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the Clover POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and beverage selections.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain an appropriate pace of service while managing multiple tables.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and server stations.
• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service procedures.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, kitchen staff, management, and coworkers.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Fine dining or steakhouse experience is preferred.
• Weekend night availability is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and guest requests at the same time.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Clover or other restaurant POS experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food safety and serving procedures is preferred.
• OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler Card are required within the first 30 days of employment.

Weekend nights required

Compensation

Minimum wage plus tips
