Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will have food service experience, a passion for customer service, and knowledge of Ramen cuisine. This role involves engaging with guests, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to enhance their dining experience
• Take and accurately process cash transactions and handle payments efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Assist with food preparation or setup as needed, especially related to Ramen dishes or other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations
• Respond to guest inquiries about menu items, including ingredients and recommendations related to Ramen or other offerings
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary needs
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests

Skills

• Proven food service experience with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Strong knowledge of Ramen cuisine is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests effectively
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle POS systems confidently
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
