Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld in all food handling and serving areas
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
• Build positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Prior host/hostess experience or serving background is a plus but not required
• Culinary or kitchen experience can be an added advantage for understanding food preparation processes
