Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including table settings and overall restaurant appearance.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
