Seeking candidate with availability every Friday , Saturday and Sunday We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling duties responsibly
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wine knowledge, spirits experience, food safety protocols, and food preparation details
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling practices are followed in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
• Build strong guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Support opening or closing duties as needed to uphold restaurant standards of cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques including drink service standards
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards and adhere to food safety regulations at all times
• Experience with food industry practices such as food handling, food preparation support, bussing, and sanitation procedures
• Hospitality background with strong guest relations skills; host/hostess experience is beneficial
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a dynamic restaurant environment
