Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will possess strong food and beverage knowledge, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide seamless service to our esteemed members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive and personalized service to club members and guests.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist members with selections and dietary inquiries.
• Maintain familiarity with all beverage offerings, including wines and spirits, to make appropriate pairing recommendations.
• Accurately take and process orders using the club's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, adhering to the club's service standards.
• Monitor member satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down service areas, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and alcohol service protocols.
• Build rapport with members by remembering personal preferences and anticipating needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fine dining or private club setting.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using POS systems.
• Current California Food Handler Certification.
• Reliable transportation is essential due to the club's location.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that may require bending, lifting, and reaching
