Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items including wines, specialty cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest relations
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism at all times

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
