Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant nightlife environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient cash handling skills to manage transactions accurately.
• Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• A basic understanding of culinary concepts and food service operations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
