Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a quick friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using Toast.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on guests’ satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Be able to work the hours of operation which will include opening and closing shifts.
• Not afraid of doing side work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $22.50 per hour
