We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, highlighting daily specials and beverage options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while managing time effectively
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
• Culinary knowledge including spirits, wine pairings, cocktail preparation, and food handling practices
• Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required certifications prior to employment
• Experience with beverage service including wine knowledge and drink presentation techniques

Pay: $12.00 per hour
