Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, and Resy
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages with professionalism, including drink service and cocktail preparation
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is beneficial
• Experience in fine dining
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction
• Ability to perform basic math for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
