Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Experience with food service, POS systems, and fine dining is preferred. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Square POS system
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, may be asked to assist with dishes or bartending
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest relations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS system & KDS displays
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights; prior host/host or bussing experience is a plus
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance are essential
• Must pass or hold a TIPS or other alcohol training certification
• Must be 18
