Server

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Server, Waitstaff, or Food & Beverage Service Staff in a restaurant, hotel, café, or other hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Professional, courteous, well-groomed, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to accurately take guest orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and promptly respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, dining etiquette, food safety, and basic food and beverage offerings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn the restaurant's menu, ingredients, daily specials, and promotions to confidently assist and recommend items to guests.
• Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods, as well as carrying food and beverage trays safely.
• Can start ASAP and willing to work in Metro Manila.
