Server

Position Purpose:
Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Principal Responsibilities:
Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.

Server experience preferred; Will train the right person
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Frequently lift/carry up to 30lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner

EXPO

Any and all reasonable request made by management

Make sure that once the food is cooked, servers run food to the table while it's warm and ready.

Explain special orders to the cooks, and tell servers when the kitchen is out of a particular menu item.

Expeditors are in charge of the final presentation of the plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills.

Prepare, maintain, and stock soup and salad station at expo line.

Clean and sanitize work station

Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work on weekends
