Urban Fraîche is a farm-to-table Mediterranean restaurant known for high-quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and an experience designed for celebrations and memorable evenings. Our menu changes regularly and features organic and locally sourced ingredients when available, wild-caught seafood, natural meats, and dishes prepared without seed oils or processed sugars.

We are seeking experienced, polished Servers who can provide attentive and knowledgeable service while creating genuine connections with our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them through the Urban Fraîche experience
• Learn and confidently explain our changing menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Make thoughtful food, wine, cocktail, and dessert recommendations
• Take accurate orders and enter them correctly into Toast POS
• Communicate allergies and dietary restrictions clearly to the kitchen
• Check on guests attentively without interrupting their experience
• Maintain proper table presentation throughout service
• Coordinate smoothly with hosts, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and kitchen staff
• Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations
• Follow all food-safety, alcohol-service, and restaurant procedures
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work

Qualifications:

• Previous full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge—or a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and supportive of the entire team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Valid Arizona food-handler certification
• Valid Title 4 alcohol-service training, or ability to obtain it
