We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options, including wine and spirits knowledge.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales revenue.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed to ensure a tidy environment.
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with Food industry software like OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing bills, tips, and cash transactions.
• Culinary experience or beverage expertise in spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
