Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process all sales transactions efficiently while handling cash or credit payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas following food safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining.
• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and sales processing.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and drink presentation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest relations expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs.
• Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is preferred to support food safety standards.
• Food industry experience with a focus on sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
