We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team at our new full-service brewery restaurant in Lancaster City.

What You'll Do

· Provide outstanding hospitality from greeting to farewell.

· Guide guests through our food, craft beer, and beverage menus.

· Accurately enter orders and deliver efficient, attentive service.

· Work closely with bartenders, support staff, food runners, and kitchen staff.

· Maintain clean and organized sections.

· Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

· Complete opening, closing, and side work.

What We're Looking For

· Previous full-service serving experience preferred.

· Positive attitude and team-first mentality.

· Strong communication and multitasking skills.

· Ability to stay organized during busy shifts.

· Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Craft beer knowledge is a plus.

Compensation

· $3.00/hour plus tips.

· High earning potential in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
